Crossroads Care - Mid Surrey provides a free service for up to 3 hours each week. There is a one-off registration fee of £20.00, payable at the assessment stage.
If you are in receipt of Direct Payments or Carer Break Vouchers you can use these to fund care hours.
Otherwise, it may be possible, staff allowing, to purchase extra hours at the rate of £14.00 per hour. If you would like to find out more about this you should speak to the scheme manager, Anne Edwards.
